"Ceasar Salad" Bayonne Ham Rolls

INGREDIENTS serves 4

8 slices of Bayonne Ham
1 handful of rocket salad
8 basil leaves
100 g parmesan flakes
4 strips of grilled chicken
4 tbsp Caesar dressing
Wooden skewers

PREPARATION

Spread the slices of ham on top of the work surface, overlapping them slightly

Garnish with the rocket, followed by the cold chicken strips, basil and parmesan flakes.

Dress with the Caesar dressing.

Wrap them tightly with a film paper

Hold in place with the skewers.

Cut them to preference and enjoy!
