Bayonne Ham Pizza
INGREDIENTS serves 4
1 round of pizza dough - 30 cm in diameter
4 tablespoons Savora mustard
2 large beef heart tomatoes
6 slices of Sarrade Bayonne Ham
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 pinches of crumbled thyme
2 tablespoons of pesto
Preheat the oven to 210°C.
Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
Spread the mustard avoiding the borders.
Cut the tomatoes into slices, arrange them harmoniously, on the mustard, always avoiding the borders.
Season with salt, pepper, sugar and thyme.
Arrange the ham slices, keeping a certain volume.
Put in the oven, cook 25/30 minutes.
At the end of the cooking, brush the pizza with pesto.
