Bayonne Ham Sandwich

INGREDIENTS for 1 sandwich

1 bread baguette for 1 person
1 slice of Bayonne Ham
2 slices of sheep milk cheese
1 handful of rocket salad
2 tablespoons of “Philadelphia”-type cream cheese
1 tablespoon of tomato purée confit
1 pinch of Espelette pepper
Olive oil
Cream of vinegar

PREPARATION :

Cut the bread in 2.

 

Blend the cream cheese with the tomato puree, season with Espelette Pepper.

 

Brush the slices of bread with the mixture.

 

Add the ham, sheep milk cheese and finally the rocket salad.

 

Season with a few drops of cream of vinegar and olive oïl.

 

Close the sandwich up and enjoy immediately.
