Foie Gras bite as a crème brûlée

INGREDIENTS serves 10 :

2 sticks of French bread
1 container of Halal IQF Halal bloc of foie gras bite (30 U- 270g)
100g brown sugar
Coarsely ground pepper

PREPARATION :

Cut the sticks of French bread into 1cm-thick slices

Spread over each bite ½ teaspoon brown sugar and caramelise it using a blowtorch

Lay it on the slices of bread

Serve as appetizer
