We have chosen to work only with aquaculture farms located in Norway, an area known for its expertise in salmon and aquaculture.

Between Norway and France, the Sarrade smoked salmon production unit is based at our dedicated sites, possessing a long history of core business expertise - the salmon benefit from a guaranteed non-GMO diet (<0.9%) and are farmed in fresh water and then in seawater in order to respect their natural development cycle.

Selected from amongst the best of the salmon, our fillets are then slowly smoked at our facilities in Brioude (43), where they acquire their greatness.
